Shipping policy

Shipping And Handling We do not charge for the handling of your order and the Shipping costs are worked out automatically on the sum of you total purchase(s).
The Shipping costs are in bands as follows:
£3.00 -    £20.00
£21.00 – £40.00
£41.00 – £60.00
Orders over £60.00 qualify for FREE SHIPPING.            


Please be aware that you may be able to add products without increasing your Shipping if you stay within the costing bracket.



Delivery Schedule 
PLEASE NOTE: We manufacture your items, please don't assume they are in stock as you are not ordering from a shop. We will deliver your order as soon as the product(s) is manufactured. 

We are also primarily a tradestand business which means that if your order comes in whilst away at a show it will not be posted until the next working day after arriving home. These will always be posted 1st Class via Royal Mail to make up for any delay.

The items which are in stock will normally be sent on the next working day from the receipt of payment of your order. Manufacturing a non-stock item or colour combination can take up to 3 business days before being able to despatch.

All items are posted generally posted via Royal Mail on a 2nd Class recorded basis and can take up to 5 working days to arrive with you - please call us if you need a quicker service and we can arrange the upgraded service with you.

You must inform us within three working days if the goods are lost or damaged in transit so that we can make a prompt claim against the delivery company and correct the problem. Please quote your order number in all correspondence.

You agree that proof of postage is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been despatched to you.
